Indian all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja has denied the allegations made by his father, Anirudhsinh Jadeja, who reportedly accused the cricketer’s wife, Rivaba, of causing discord within the family. Ravindra, in a post on X, referred to his father’s interview with a Gujarati daily as “scripted” and characterized it as an effort to “tarnish” the image of his wife, Rivaba.
Accompanying a graphic post on X, the CSK star captioned a message in Gujarati, stating, “All the claims made in the baseless interview are devoid of meaning and accuracy. It presents a one-sided narrative, and I categorically reject the accusations. The efforts to smear the reputation of my wife are truly condemnable and inappropriate. While I have much to express, I choose not to do so publicly.”
In an interview with Divya Bhaskar, Anirudhsinh Jadeja asserted that he maintains “no connection whatsoever with Ravi (Ravindra Singh Jadeja) or his wife (Rivaba Jadeja).” He emphasized the lack of communication, stating, “We don’t call them, and they don’t call us.” Anirudhsinh alleged that a dispute arose within three months of Ravindra Jadeja’s marriage. He mentioned residing alone in Jamnagar, with Ravindra’s separate Panchvati bungalow also in the same city. Anirudhsinh expressed bewilderment, stating, “I don’t know what magic the wife has done…” as quoted by Divya Bhaskar.
