New Delhi: In a major push to strengthen India’s rail infrastructure, Prime Minister Narendra will flag off nine Vande Bharat Express trains on Sunday, September 24. The new trains will help in improving connectivity across 11 states. PM Modi will flag off the trains via video conferencing.

“These new Vande Bharat trains are a step towards realising Prime Minister’s vision of improving connectivity across the country and providing world-class facilities to rail passengers,” the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) said in a statement.

Here is the list of nine Vande Bharat trains to be inaugurated by PM Modi:

Udaipur – Jaipur Vande Bharat Express: The Train will run 6 days a week (No Service on Tuesday). The train will leave Udaipur at 7.50 am and arrive in Jaipur at 2.50 pm in the afternoon. From Jaipur, it will then leave at 3:45 pm in the evening and arrive in Udaipur at 10 pm. The train will stop at stations in Kishangarh, Ajmer, Bhilwara, Chanderia, Mavli Junction, Rana Pratap Nagar, and Udaipur while travelling through the five districts of Udaipur, Chittaurgarh, Bhilwara, Ajmer, and Jaipur.
Tirunelveli-Madurai- Chennai Vande Bharat Express: The train will leave Tirunelveli Junction around noon, the general schedule for the train is expected to depart from Tirunelveli at 6 am and reach Chennai at 1.50 pm. On all days other than Tuesdays, the train is anticipated to leave the State capital at 2.50 pm and arrive at Tirunelveli at 10.40 pm. The train will stop at Virudhunagar, Madurai, Dindigul, Tiruchi, and one or more stops beyond Tiruchi as it travels 652.49 km in 7.5 hours at an average speed of 83.30 kph.
Hyderabad –Bengaluru Vande Bharat Express: Bengaluru: In a major connectivity boost between India’s two IT hubs- Bengaluru and Hyderabad, Karnataka and Telangana are all set to get their third Vande Bharat Express. The premium, semi-high-speed will run at an average speed of 71.74 km, bringing the train travel time between the two cities down to 8.5 hours. Stops: Kacheguda, Mahbubnagar, Kurnool City, Anantapur, Dharmavaram and Yeshwanthpur. The train will run six days in a week with no services on Wednesday.
Vijayawada – Chennai (via Renigunta) Vande Bharat Express: Setting off from Chennai Central, this Vande Bharat Express wi;; sto[ at Gudur Junction, Nellore, Ongole, Tenali Junction, and ends its journey at Vijayawada Junction. Boasting an average speed of 86 km/h, the train cuts the travel time between Chennai and Vijayawada to just 5 hours.

PM Modi will inaugurate international convention centre, YashoBhoomi in Delhi’s Dwarka on September 17.

Prime Minster Narendra Modi is all set to inaugurate International Convention and Expo Centre (IICC), YashoBhoomi at Delhi’s Dwarka on September 17.

YashoBhoomi is going to be one of the world’s largest MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) facilities with a project area of over 8.9 lakh square metres and a total built-up area of more than 1.8 lakh square metres.

The convention centre, built across more than 73,000 square metres of area, comprises 15 convention rooms, including, the main auditorium, a ballroom and 13 meeting rooms with a total capacity of holding 11,000 delegates.
