Ponniyin Selvan 2 Box Office Collection Day 1: Mani Ratnam film’s sequel has received rave reviews and as it turns out, it has also gotten a flying start with early estimates suggesting an opening day collection in between Rs 33 to Rs 35 crores.
Mani Ratnam ’s magnum opus, Ponniyin Selvan 2 has been one of the most awaited sequels for the longest time now. With a cast that is as amazing and enigmatic as this film’s, high hopes sure rode on this one. Despite the mixed reviews that PS-1 got, the movie did go on to have a massive opening, and as it turns out, the sequel has turned out to be just that.
