From voters to party workers and cadre, Prime Minister Narendra Modi thanked them all, while celebrating the success of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in three of the four states, the results for which were announced on Sunday, at the party heaquarters in New Delhi.
“People are saying the BJP’s hat-trick of victories in three states is an indication of a hat-trick in 2024… People have voted for the ideology of vikas (development), imaandari (loyalty) and sushasan (good governance)…Voters have rejected those who protect the corrupt and have voted against those who level insults against regulatory bodies,” said PM Modi, , while commenting on the victory in Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Rajasthan.
