Locals from the city’s Batwara Gandabal area told India Today TV that the boat capsized early in the morning.
Muzaffar Zargar, the Medical Superintendent of the SMHS Hospital in Srinagar, said that seven people were brought to the hospital, of which four were dead, and three others were undergoing treatment.
