The rumours about him being married and having a child started doing rounds when Kiara Advani mentioned in an interview that everyone in the case has children, except her. Now, the actor’s friend made shocking claims that Diljit is married to an Indian-American woman and also has a son. Earlier, several reports claimed that the actor is married to Punjabi singer Nisha Bano.
Diljit Dosanjh Married To Indian-American Woman?
Diljit Dosanjh’s unnamed friend had shed light on the actor-singer’s marital status and claimed that the Punjabi singer is married to an Indian-American woman and they also have a son.
“An intensely private person, little is known about his family but friends say his wife is an American-Indian and they have a son, and his parents live in Ludhiana,” the friend told Indian Express Eye. The report also mentioned that both his wife and son live in the US.
Nisha Bano Clarifies
Singer Nisha Bano took to Instagram to clarify that she is not married to Diljit but is married to Sameer Mahi. She humourously wrote, “Hahahaha koi menu v puchlo, mai ave hi wife bnati, eh news bhut viral ho rahi n bhut Sare lok menu video n pics tag n share kar rahe but punjabiya nu ta pta k mai @sameermahiofficial di wife aa Bollywood nu kon samjave (Somebody should ask me as well, they have made me somebody’s wife, this news is getting viral and people are tagging me in video and photos, the Punjabis know that I am Sameer Mahi’s wife but who will make Bollywood understand this?)”
