Rapper Yo Yo Honey Singh has gone on to file a complaint against a group of men for ‘manhandling’ him when he was performing at a club – here are all the details.
Yo Yo Honey Singh has recently been in news for his jaw-dropping transformation. Recent reports now state that Honey Singh has filed a complaint against a group of men for manhandling him at a nightclub in New Delhi. The incident allegedly took place on March 27.
Honey and his lawyer, Ishaan Mukherjee, have lodged a complaint about misbehaviour, threat, and nuisance with the Delhi cops. Honey was performing at Skol Club in South Delhi’s South Extention – II area when a group of men forcibly got up on stage and misbehaved.
As per a report in Indian Express, the FIR read, “The 4-5 unknown men started misbehaving and disrupted the show. They started showing beer at the crowd and pushed the artists on the stage. After that, a person in a check shirt caught my (Singh) hand and started to pull me to the front. I was trying to avoid it but the person kept on challenging and threatening me. I also observed that he was armed. Another person in a red shirt was making a video and said ‘Bhaga Diya Honey Singh ko’.”
The complaint further states that all the musicians including Honey Singh left the stage in the middle of the performance because of the intruders. The situation reportedly got out of hand and the case has been registered under sections of voluntarily causing hurt, wrongful restraint, and criminal intimidation has been filed.
