A disturbing video of the incident has since gone viral, showing the harrowing moments as the train gained speed. At the beginning of the clip, the man, dressed in a blue t-shirt and jeans, is seen standing near the moving train with his purported Golden Retreiver dog.
Within seconds, he attempts to board the train by grabbing onto a door handle, dragging his pet along. Tragically, the dog struggles to keep up and is eventually pulled into the dangerous gap between the train and the platform. As the train continues moving, the man is seen looking around frantically, seemingly searching for his pet.

According to railway officials, the dog miraculously survived the ordeal. The incident took place at Jhansi railway station. The train involved in the incident is Delhi-bound CSMT-Nizamuddin Rajdhani Express, as per railway officials in Jhansi.
