As per a report by The Hindu, V V Vaageesan, an engineering student sent a legal notice to sue the makers of the film after he started receiving numerous calls on his phone.
In one of the scenes in the movie, the number belonging to the actress Sai Pallavi was of Vaageesan’s in reality.
The report stated that due to receiving so many calls on his number, he had to deal with “untold hardships and mental agony”.
He claimed that after the movie released on October31, his phone continuously began ringing, with fans calling him in hopes of speaking to Sai Pallavi.
He did not know the reason of getting so many calls, and kept his phone on silent. However, the next day he saw the number of calls was double and then through a voice message sent to him, he realised that his number was used in the movie.
Fans who called him assumed the number belonged to the actress after which Vaageesan clarified to many.
