Bigg Boss OTT 3 winner Sana Makbul has reacted to Ranvir Shorey’s comment about how there were more deserving contestants than her
Bigg Boss OTT season 3 contestants Sana Makbul and Ranvir Shorey constantly made the headlines for engaging in verbal spats throughout their participation in the show. On Friday evening, the actress was announced as the winner of the show, and the senior actor as the second runner-up. After coming out of the house, post-eviction, Ranvir interacted with media and gave his two cents about his views on Sana winning the show.
He had hinted that there were more deserving contestants in the show, who could have won, however, the makers gave the trophy to someone with more social media following. In a video shared by Viral Bhayani, on Instagram, he is heard saying, “Agar sirf social media following ke basis pe show pe rahenge, toh usse achha yeh hai ke jiski sabse zyada social media following hai usko seedha trophy de do.”
Now, the actress has commented on Shorey’s views. Talking about it in a recent interview, she called him a ‘male chauvinist’ who doesn’t like when women do better than him. She explained how she left all her grudges against him behind. Quoted by Hindustan Times, Sana said, “Strong women are not appreciated and he is one of those male chauvinist kind of a person who doesn’t like it if women do better than him. I don’t want to say anything about him. I have buried it all. I don’t hold any grudge against him. But if he does that, it is his way of dealing with things. When I stepped out from the Bigg Boss house, I let the bygones be bygones. It’s all over for me.”
For those who don’t remember, Sana and Ranvir got into really nasty fights in the show. To the point where it escalated to them insulting each other and using abusive language. Their fights left netizens and their co-contestants feeling uncomfortable.
