A Rajasthan government school teacher was suspended after reportedly instructing a class nine student to stop writing his exam and instead prepare and skin a chicken.

In a bizarre incident, a government school teacher in Rajasthan’s Udaipur district was suspended after he allegedly asked a class nine student to quit writing his paper and cut, skin and clean a chicken. The student was allegedly pressurised mid-exam to focus on preparing the chicken instead.
According to a PTI report, when the shocking allegations came to the fore, other students of the school came forward to claim that their teacher, Mohanlal Doda, had dismissed the school cook from duty around a month ago. This resulted in the school students not getting food in the school since then, the locals alleged.
Mohanlal Doda’s alleged unethical conduct caused a furore among the locals, who approached Rajasthan Minister Babulal Kharadi to complain. A detailed report on the matter was then directed by the minister.
After the inquiry, Sub-Divisional Officer Hasmukh Kumar’s report found that Doda had indeed made the class 9 student, Rahul Kumar Pargi, cut, skin, and clean the chicken during the exam at the school, officials told PTI.
It is not yet clear if the school boy was forced to skin a chicken in the middle of his paper for the school, or ostensibly for the tutor to take it home.
