The prices of 19kg commerical gas cylinders has been reduced by Rs 7, hours before Budget 2025.
New Delhi: The oil marketing companies on Saturday revised the prices of commercial LPG gas cylinders and reduced the prices of 19 kg commercial LPG gas cylinders by Rs 7 with effect from today. In Delhi, the retail sale price of a 19 kg commercial LPG cylinder is Rs 1797 from today.
This comes as national awaits for the Union Budget 2025-26, the first for the Modi 3.0 government and a record eighth one for Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman.
In Kolkata, the price of a 19-kg LPG cyclinder has been reduced from Rs 1911 to Rs 1904. The current rate of a commerical LPG cylinder in Mumbai is Rs 1,749 and Rs 1,959 in Chenna, as per the IOCL webiste.
This comes after a reuction in the price of commercial LPGs on January 1. The rate of aviation turbine fuel (ATF) was cut by 1.5%, or Rs 1,401.37 per kilolitre, to Rs 90,455.47 per kl in Delhi.
