The post read, “We’re really on borrowed time. Choose people that choose you, and let everyone else be.”
While Priyanka attended the celebrations in Mumbai, turning heads with her dazzling floral gown and signature glamour, Parineeti’s absence did not go unnoticed. The actress’ parents, however, were seen enjoying the wedding functions alongside Priyanka, Madhu Chopra and Mannara Chopra.
Fans have been curious about Parineeti’s absence, with speculation mounting that her ongoing project has kept her away. Recent posts on her Instagram show glimpses from the sets of her next film, suggesting a packed work schedule.
Interestingly, Priyanka’s husband, actor-singer Nick Jonas, was also notably missing from the festivities. Priyanka, nonetheless, made a grand entry at the wedding alongside her in-laws, Kevin Sr. and Denise Jonas, who complemented the occasion in elegant ethnic attire.
The intimate wedding ceremony follows Siddharth Chopra’s engagement to actress Neelam Upadhyaya in August 2024. The family event saw close relatives and friends coming together to celebrate the union. Priyanka, despite her demanding schedule, flew in from Hyderabad to be part of the special occasion. She is currently working on the highly anticipated film SSMB29 with superstar Mahesh Babu, directed by S.S. Rajamouli.
