A shocking incident unfolded in Madhya Pradesh’s Dindori district where a pack of stray dogs attacked a young woman passing through a street. The incident, which occurred on the evening of December 18, was caught on CCTV.
According to reports, a group of over a dozen stray dogs pounced on the woman near the residence of a local dog lover. Hearing her cries for help, the man promptly rushed out of her house and managed to rescue the woman from the pack of dogs. The victim later shared that the timely intervention likely saved her life.
“I was terrified and couldn’t have escaped without her help. If she hadn’t come in time, it could have been fatal,” the victim said.
The incident has raised concerns about the growing stray dog population in the area. Taking note of the seriousness of the situation, Dindori Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Rambabu Devangan has directed the issuance of notices to the municipal administration and the dog lover, asking them to address the issue
