A video of Mamta Kulkarni’s appearance on Aap Ki Adalat has gone viral on social media, showing the former actress getting emotional over not being allowed to take ‘snan’ during Maha Kumbh. In the clip, Mamta – who was appointed as Mahamandaleshwar of Kinnar Akhara by Acharya Mahamandaleshwar Lakshmi Narayan Tripathi amid much controversy – can be heard saying, “Maine kaha.. ‘Main Mahakali hoon. Jis snan me aap dubki maar rahe ho woh main hi hoon.'”

Seeming to explain how she was not allowed to take the ‘snan’, Mamta said, “Phir maine kaha chalo mera snan nahi ho pa raha, kam se kam mujhe yehi bata do mujhe chai milega. Phir unhone bola mujhe ki chai wala snan lene gaya. Toh Prachand Chandika aur bhadak gayi.. Laashein gir padi thi wahan pe. Ye main nahi chahti thi, lekin woh bardasht hi nahi kar payi ki chai wale ja sakte hain snan ke liye, toh itna toh maine koi bure karm nahi kiye, 23 saal se toh tapasya kar rahi thi, agar mera sthaan nahi hai snan ke liye, toh woh bhi nahi samajh pa rahi honge.”
