A 17-year-old boy was seen driving a BMW on a busy road in Mumbai with a man lying on its bonnet. Two people, including teenager’s father, have been arrested.
A man was arrested in Mumbai after a video went viral on social media which showed him lying on the bonnet of a BMW which was being driven by a 17-year-old boy, police said on Monday. The boy’s father has also been arrested.
In the viral video, the man, identified as Subham Matalia, can be seen lying on a BMW bonnet as the teenager drives the car on the busy roads of Shivaji Chowk area in Mumbai’s Kalyan.
Pedestrians and other vehicle drivers, who shot the video, were astonished upon seeing the stunt as Matalia sat on the bonnet with his legs spread out, enjoying the ride.
The BMW is registered in the name of the teenager’s father. Both Matalia (21) and the father of the teenager driving the car have been arrested by Kalyan Police.
Further investigation into the matter is underway.
