Nearly a week has passed since the terror attack in Jammu & Kashmir’s Pahalgam, which claimed the lives of 26 people. Several videos filmed by tourists in Pahalgam are now under scrutiny.

A new video has emerged showing a man recording his zipline ride in Baisaran meadow while some tourists can be seen running on the ground, seemingly from terrorists. The man, possibly unaware of the attack at the time, was at a considerable height. Gun shots can heard in the background.

The 53-second video starts with the zipline operator chanting “Allahhu Akbar” (God is the greatest) before sending the man on the ride. Initially, everything seems normal, but as he continues, people can be seen running away. Over 100 people were in the Baisaran meadow at the time. One tourist fell while running for his life.

Sources told CNN-News18 that the zipline operation has been picked up for questioning by the National Investigation Agency (NIA).

Rishi Bhatt, the man on the zipline, said he got saved because he was taking the ride.

“When I took the zipline, one person said Allahu Akbar and moved his head left and right and then the firing started from those sides,” Bhatt told CNN-News18.
