Praying for your safety and strength. @CMOKerala,” wrote the “Pushpa: The Rise” star on Sunday.
On Saturday, veteran Malayalam cinema actor Mohanlal, who also holds the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the Indian Territorial Army, arrived in Wayanad in his Army uniform. He pledged Rs 3 crore for the rehabilitation efforts in the disaster-stricken region. “The devastation in Wayanad is a deep wound that will take time to heal. Every home lost and life disrupted is a personal tragedy,” Mohanlal posted alongside a series of pictures from the ground. He visited the Army camp at Meppadi, held discussions with officers, and then proceeded to the landslide-affected areas.
