With no help in sight, the younger brother who is just 11 years old placed the injured boy on a hand-pulled rickshaw usually used for collecting scrap, the same kind his father uses for a living, and dragged it all the way to the hospital. A woman, possibly their mother, was seen walking behind the cart, pushing it from the back.
