Hardik Pandya and Natasa Stankovic decided to part ways after 4 years of marriage and the two took to Instagram to confirm their separation
India’s star cricketer Hardik Pandya announced on Instagram Thursday that he and his wife, Natasa Stankovic, have ‘mutually parted ways.’ This announcement officially confirmed the rumors that had been circulating for months about the couple’s separation. Over the past few years, Hardik Pandya has been a pivotal player for the Indian cricket team, while Natasa has made her mark in the film industry. The couple got engaged in January 2020 and have a four-year-old son named Agastya.
In their joint Instagram post, Hardik and Natasa shared: “After 4 years of being together, Natasa and I have decided to mutually part ways. We tried our best together and gave it our all, and we believe that this is in the best interest for the both of us. This was a tough decision for us to make, given the joy, mutual respect, and companionship we enjoyed together and as we grew a family. We are blessed with Agastya, who will continue to be at the centre of both our lives and we will co-parent to ensure that we give him everything that we can for his happiness. We sincerely request your support and understanding to give us privacy during this difficult and sensitive time.”
The couple’s relationship became public around 2018, with Natasa referring to Hardik as her ‘best friend’ in a 2019 Instagram post. They got engaged on January 1, 2020, and welcomed their son Agastya in July of the same year. In a grand ceremony, Hardik and Natasa renewed their vows in Udaipur on February 14, 2023. The couple was often seen together at social gatherings and events, quickly becoming a beloved pair in the public eye, similar to the Virat Kohli-Anushka Sharma duo.
