Tirupati’s ISKCON temple received a bomb threat via email on Sunday. Following the threat, a Bomb Disposal Squad and dog squad conducted a search but found no explosives. Authorities have launched an investigation. This follows a similar incident on Friday when four hotels in Tirupati received bomb threats.
Tirupati’s ISKCON temple received a bomb threat on Sunday via email, claiming ISIS terrorists would blow up the temple. Soon after the temple received the threat, a team of Bomb Disposal Squad (BDS) and dog squad reached the spot and a search operation was launched at the temple, but no explosives or any other objectionable items were recovered.
A probe has been ordered in the matter as cops look for further details.
