With only a few weeks left before the ICC Champions Trophy 2025, the official broadcasters have released a new promotional video featuring former India captain MS Dhoni. In the video, Dhoni is seen sitting in the ice tub and discussing how all matches of the Champions Trophy 2025 will be a do-or-die contest. The former Team India skipper also mentions needing DRS (Dhoni Refrigeration System), to view all the action.

What happened when India last won Champions Trophy?
The last time India won the ICC Champions Trophy was back in 2013 under MS Dhoni’s leadership. The rain-soaked final against England saw India emerge victorious by 5 runs. MS Dhoni became the first captain to win a T20 World Cup (2007), Cricket World Cup (2011) and Champions Trophy (2013).
This cemented his place among the greatest international cricket captains. Besides winning the trophy, Shikhar Dhawan, Virat Kohli, MS Dhoni, Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Ravindra Jadeja were included in the 2013 Champions Trophy Team of the Tournament.
