Salim Qureshi, who also goes by the name Salim Fruit, was detained by the anti-terror agency in May this year.

The National Investigative Agency has arrested Salim Qureshi, a relative of Dawood Ibrahim’s right-hand man Chhota Shakeel, from Mumbai.
Qureshi, who also goes by the name Salim Fruit, was detained by the anti-terror agency in May this year after raids against associates of fugitive gangster Dawood Ibrahim at over 20 places in Mumbai and Thane. He was also extensively questioned by the agency.
The NIA had also filed an FIR against Dawood Ibrahim, Chhota Shakeel and the gangster’s close associates.
