In a big development in the Justice Yashwant Varma cash seizure controversy, top sources have told Times Now that the Centre will reach out to all political parties to gather their stance on the case. The decision was taken after a meeting of the floor leaders with the Vice President.
Sources claim that detailed discussions will be held where suggestions of all parties will be taken along with their respective stance before a final decision is made. This comes amid the buzz of a possible revival of the NJAC Act, which sought to replace the Collegium.

Times Now has learnt that Leader of the House in Rajya Sabha JP Nadda, and Leader of the Opposition Mallikarjun Kharge met Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar on Monday. Thereafter, a floor leader meeting was called by the Rajya Sabha chairman. Sources claim that the government is mulling a broader discussion on the matter, and Nadda has been entrusted with the responsibility by the Centre to reach out to all political parties.

SC intensifies probe into judge cash controversy
A fire broke out at the residence of Justice Yashwant Varma’s residence on March 14 after which Delhi fire officials and cops were called in. During the firefighting operation, they allegedly found sacks of cash in the storeroom and reported the matter to higher authorities. A three-member committee has been constituted by Chief Justice of India Sanjiv Khanna to conduct an inquiry into allegations. Justice Varma has claimed that he was “never aware” of any money or cash lying in the outhouse storeroom of his residence.
