Andrew Tate, who returned to the U.S. last month while under indictment on sex trafficking charges in Romania, has been accused by his girlfriend and choking and beating her.
According to a report published by TMZ on Wednesday, Tate’s girlfriend Bri Stern said Tate attacked her during sex on March 11 at the Beverly Hills Hotel. TMZ outlet stated:
She’s told police Tate began choking her while they were having sex, but it got too rough, and although she begged him to stop, he kept going. Bri says the more she struggled, the more violent he got … and she felt everything getting fuzzy, like she was fading into unconsciousness.
Bri says the violence only stopped when Tate was done having sex, and once he fell asleep … she went to the bathroom to document her injuries. TMZ has obtained pics showing bruising on her face. Bri says she went to an emergency room in NYC — where she’d flown for work — a couple days later, and documents show she was diagnosed as “post-concussive.”
Tate and his brother Tristan Tate, who have dual U.S.-U.K. citizenship, are under indictment in Romania for allegedly sex trafficking women and forming an organization to sexually assault women. They deny wrongdoing. This week, they returned to Romania to check in with authorities as required by law.
The Tates arrived in Florida last month after the Trump administration reportedly intervened on their behalf. Special Envoy Ric Grenell allegedly raised the issue with Romania’s foreign minister at last month’s Munich Security Conference. Soon after, the Tates returned to the U.S.
The TMZ report contains purported text messages between Stern and Andrew Tate, who tells her, “You need to be hit.”
“…I want to beat the fuck out of you,” Tate allegedly texted Stern, per screenshots obtained by TMZ. “What’s the point in having you if i dont beat and impregnate you[?]” He also reportedly warned Stern not to “betray” him or “you will regret it.”
Sources told TMZ that Tate and Stern met in June in Romania, where she was doing a modeling gig.
Since returning, Tate received a warm welcome from Trump ally and UFC president Dana White.
