Bollywood actors Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor and filmmaker Ayan Mukerji arrived in Delhi to promote Brahmastra on Wednesday. At the press conference, the actress denied that there’s any unfavourable climate for the Hindi film industry right now.
A day after Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor were denied entry into a temple in Ujjain, the actress has reacted to the incident. The team of Brahmastra including Alia, Ranbir and filmmaker Ayan Mukerji, are in Delhi today to promote their upcoming film. At the press conference, the team was asked if there’s been an unfavourable climate for Bollywood at the moment.
The actress, who is expecting her first child with husband Ranbir, stressed that we need to keep things positive.
recommended byAs per a report in Hindustan Times, the actress said: “Climate bas ye hai ki September hai phir October aayega.” [Translation: Climate is such that it is September right now and it will be followed by October.] The actress said that it’s a beautiful environment to release a film, adding that everyone should feel grateful for life in general.
“There is no such thing. It is a beautiful environment to release a movie. Right now, we need to be healthy, happy, safe, secure. We should all feel grateful for just life in general. So aise kuch mat bolo, aap mat spread karo. The environment is not negative. Everything is positive, everything is good. And that is it,” the actress was quoted saying.
The members of the Bajrang Dal protested on Tuesday outside Mahakaleshwar Temple. The trio visited the temple to seek Lord Shiva’s blessings ahead of the release of their film.
