Singer Abhijeet Bhattacharya slammed Dua Lipa on Thursday for crediting the song Woh Ladki Jo to Shah Rukh Khan and not him, news agency ANI reported.
“We get the credit the day people hear a song. But if you suddenly take someone’s name who has nothing to do with it, then it hurts. If I speak about it on my social media, others are hurt. So, don’t use a toolkit. You have a worldwide fan following, I have a limited fan following and I am very loyal to them. So, what was the need to say that it was his (Shah Rukh Khan’s) song?…Naam ye badal jayega, chehra ye badal jayega, awaz hi pehcaan hai…Dua Lipa doesn’t even know whose song it is, she read out the script that was given to her,” he said.
